Veterans Community & Resource Alliance, Inc. serves veterans, service members, and families as neighbors who look out for one another. Every call, email, or handshake is met by a fellow veteran who understands the weight of service and the strain of navigating benefits, claims, and everyday life after the uniform.
We remain intentionally small and personal so support never feels distant or bureaucratic. Guidance turns into real outcomes that can be felt quickly, such as clearer claims steps, direct introductions to trusted partners, and immediate connection to a community that stands beside you.
Born from a lifetime of service
Veterans Community & Resource Alliance, Inc. was founded by Fermin Jimenez, a retired U.S. Army combat veteran and former Department of Veterans Affairs professional, to help veterans and their families connect with the benefits, resources, and support they deserve.
Led by an all-veteran team, the organization builds partnerships with businesses, nonprofits, and community agencies to provide trusted guidance, strengthen families, and empower veterans throughout South Florida.

Fermin Jimenez
Founder & CEO
Drawing on 23 years of military service and 21 years with the Department of Veterans Affairs, he brings extensive leadership experience and deep knowledge of veterans' benefits and community resources.
Passionate about serving those who served, he works to connect veterans and families with trusted support, meaningful opportunities, and partnerships that strengthen communities throughout South Florida.
Janette Chandler
Outreach Director & Events Coordinator
Dedicated to community outreach and event coordination, she helps foster relationships with sponsors, volunteers, business partners, and organizations that support veterans and military families.
Her commitment to service and collaboration helps create welcoming events, strengthen community engagement, and expand opportunities for veterans to access valuable resources and support.
